Louise Evans - Director of INPRESA
Louise Evans comes from Cambridge, UK where she initially qualified as a teacher of English as a
foreign language (TEFL Diploma). After having lived and worked in France and Germany, she moved to
Firenze in 1986
where she has since been working as a language and communication skills consultant throughout Italy.
In 1988 she set up her training company, INPRESA.
At the beginning of her career in Italy, Louise concentrated on developing her skills in the field
of language consultancy by launching her very successful 'De-italianization' course which was used
extensively in multinationals and SME companies. At the same time she was designing and running
specialist courses for her international clients in the fields of International shipping,
Import/Export, Textiles, International fairs, Journalism, Human Resources and European 'Big event'
entertainment programming.
She then moved on to specialize in International Business Communication skills designing programmes
for top, middle and junior management and high potentials from the following
multinationals based in Italy: Air Liquide, Alitalia, Telecom Italia, Gucci, Kenwood, Albacom, Duracell
and Manpower.
More recently Louise has responded to an increasing demand from multinationals to have 'blended'
training programmes and is designing courses which combine 3 forms of training: on-line (at distance), on the telephone and traditional face-to-face communication seminars.
In the last few years she has focussed her attention on delivering Inter-cultural sensitization
programmes to her international clients in order to complete the training process of developing people
internationally.
As a trainer, Louise is appreciated for her dynamic and creative training approach and her ability
to enthuse her clients.
In her spare time she sings Jazz with her trio and travels the world to
explore different cultures.
