‘Blended’ learning
‘Blended’ learning combines traditional classroom training with individual online learning.How does it work?
This type of programme is ideal for companies that need to put a large number of employees into language training and wish to combine classroom learning and self-learning online.
Step 1 Each student works from a computer which has been set up with the necessary technical features required for e-learning (distance learning)
Step 2 The students are tested online to ascertain their level of language competency and small classroom groups are formulated for classroom training
Step 3 The appropriate e-learning materials are downloaded to each student and the first online objectives are set for the students to achieve individually
Step 4 After a pre-determined amount of online study time, the students meet in groups for classroom training to revise, practise and consolidate the materials they have studied online. Classroom lessons are directly integrated with the online learning materials
