International management competences
‘The International Profiler’

Participants

Managers and specialists involved in international projects and joint ventures.

Objectives

To develop the skills an individual needs to perform successfully in an international environment.

Contents

This training is based on ‘The International Profiler’ which is a questionnaire and feedback process to help professionals assess the skills they need to develop to work internationally. The profile is based in a set of 10 competencies such as rapport-building, flexibilty and personal autonomy and indicates where an individual is in his/her present international career. The training sessions are then tailor-made to the needs of the individual.
