‘The International Profiler’
Participants

Objectives
To develop the skills an individual needs to perform successfully in an international environment.
Contents
This training is based on ‘The International Profiler’ which is a questionnaire and feedback process to help professionals assess the skills they need to develop to work internationally. The profile is based in a set of 10 competencies such as rapport-building, flexibilty and personal autonomy and indicates where an individual is in his/her present international career. The training
sessions are then tailor-made to the needs of the individual.
